Data Deletion Instructions

1. Overview

The Bluefin Scorecards platform is an internal business tool operated by Bluefin Trading LTD. It is designed exclusively for use by authorised employees and contractors of Bluefin Trading LTD to access internal performance dashboards and analytics.

This platform does not collect, store, or process personal data from end users or consumers. The data retrieved through third-party API integrations (Meta, Google, Amazon, and Shopify) relates solely to aggregated business performance metrics (advertising spend, impressions, conversions, sales data, etc.) and does not include any personally identifiable information of individuals.

2. What Data We Store

The only personal data stored by the Platform is limited to:

  • Employee account information — name and email address of authorised Bluefin Trading staff members who have registered on the Platform
  • API access tokens — encrypted tokens used to connect with third-party services on behalf of the company (not linked to individual end users)

No personal data from end users of any third-party platform (Facebook, Instagram, Google, Amazon, Shopify, or otherwise) is collected, stored, or processed by this Platform.

3. Requesting Data Deletion

If you are an authorised user of the Platform and wish to have your account and associated data deleted, you may request deletion by contacting us:

Please include the following in your request:

  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your account
  • A clear statement that you wish to have your account and data deleted

4. What Will Be Deleted

Upon receiving and verifying a valid deletion request, we will permanently delete:

  • Your user account (name, email, and hashed password)
  • Any session data or access tokens associated with your account

Aggregated business analytics data (advertising metrics, sales reports, scorecards) is not linked to individual user accounts and will not be affected by account deletion, as it constitutes company business records rather than personal data.

5. Processing Time

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion has been completed.

6. Third-Party Platform Data

In compliance with the terms of our third-party API providers (Meta, Google, Amazon, and Shopify), we confirm that:

  • We do not store personal data of end users obtained from any third-party API
  • The only data retrieved consists of aggregated business performance metrics (campaign spend, impressions, click-through rates, conversions, sales data, etc.)
  • This aggregated business data does not constitute personal data and is retained as internal company business records
  • All API integrations are used in compliance with each provider's respective terms of service and data policies
