1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bluefin Scorecards platform (the "Platform"), operated by Bluefin Trading LTD ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is an internal business tool restricted to authorised employees, contractors, and partners of Bluefin Trading LTD. Access is granted solely at the discretion of the company. Unauthorised access is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use the Platform, you must create an account using your company-authorised email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

You must not share your account credentials with any other person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for legitimate internal business purposes. You must not:

• Access or attempt to access data or features you are not authorised to use
• Share, export, or distribute Platform data outside of Bluefin Trading LTD without authorisation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
• Use the Platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality
• Introduce malicious software, scripts, or code into the Platform
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Platform without authorisation

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Platform integrates with third-party services, including Meta, Google, Amazon, and Shopify. Your use of data obtained through these integrations is subject to:

• These Terms
• The respective terms of service and data policies of each third-party provider
• Any applicable laws and regulations

Data from third-party integrations must be used exclusively for internal business analytics and must not be shared externally or used in violation of any third-party's terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including but not limited to the design, code, text, graphics, dashboards, and reports — are the exclusive property of Bluefin Trading LTD and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform solely for its intended internal business purpose. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights over the Platform or its content.

7. Data and Confidentiality

All business data, analytics, reports, and insights available through the Platform constitute confidential information belonging to Bluefin Trading LTD. You agree to:

• Treat all Platform data as confidential
• Not disclose any data to unauthorised parties
• Use the data solely for authorised business purposes

8. Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain the Platform's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time
• Perform scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Update or change features and functionality without prior notice

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bluefin Trading LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or business interruption
• Inaccuracies in third-party API data
• Unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to safeguard credentials

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any data or content.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Termination of your employment or contract with Bluefin Trading LTD
• At the discretion of company management

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
